It arrived in 4 working days (23rd and 24th being the weekend). I believe thats pretty reasonable. You would have to be quite naive to expect a visa with pakistan passport to arrive in just one day. Just because the world cup is a one day wc, doesn't mean visas will also arrive in one day haha.
Earlier in the year even Khawaja had to wait much looonger than 4 days. So once again this is a complete non issue. Pakistan is travelling as per schedule and have such a beautiful favourable draw.
They have 2 warmup matches in Hyderabad followed by their first 2 world cup matches in Hyderabad as well and that too against just Netherlands and Sri Lanka. Couldn't have asked for a more favourable schedule first up, meanwhile other teams are travelling all over the place for their warmup matches and then their initial matches. And Pakistan is playing at just 5 venues, that's the least out of the lot. And will be playing twice at Kolkata before their semi final there, with their last group game being in kolkata too! I mean they can walk into the final if they play at a good level.
In comparison Australia is playing at 8 venues and 2 different venues for warmup games as well. India is playing at 9 venues + 2 different ones for warmups. Leaving no time to get used to any location. So I don't understand why Pakistan is still crying over non-issues at multiple platforms on social media with everything setup so nicely for them.
Also they can easily go into their 3rd World cup game against India with 2 out of 2 wins (Dutch and Lanka) meanwhile India has Australia first up who have been practicing against India. So India could start off with a defeat and go into the Pakistan game under the pump. So with all that I have highlighted, I really hope we won't see any BS conspiracies from Pakistan this time.

Look both our country and Pakistan's fans online can be rabid, jingoistic idiots and mostly, they are when it comes to Ind-Pak at least.
All I hope is at least we are free of such BS in CW. I have mentioned many times before, I actually think the Pak fans in CW are the best of all the countries' fans we have here. And it has been an absolute pleasure to understand differing views due to differing life experiences as well as appreciate the amazing roots of our shared culture.

Almost all of the Pak fans I have interacted with are, tbh. The odd listen_to_me types are happily gone in a flash, relatively speaking.

Nah.. trundy is quality. There was an incident last year here when he conducted himself and handled the issue with immense maturity, something most of the rest of us here in our thirties, forties and burgeys would do well to aspire towards.
He is really a old wise soul trapped in the body of a teenager.
And I think there is hope for subshakerz. Maybe he is too tuned to typical Ind-Pak flame wars in reddit, fb, twitter etc. but I honestly think he can come around if he just starts to enjoy cricket as a sport. Inspite of what I say to rib him, I dont think he is intentionally biased, at the very least.

Nah Tundy is cringe and he is trying to hard to turn his Kallis obsession into Himmanv-Sanga thing. But he just doesn't has it.
