Pakistan applied very late, apparently the passports were handed in on 19th Sept so they have received their visa within just
4 working days.

I don't see the fuss over this because they got their visa before expected date of travel, not on or after.
Even Afghanistan received their visa yesterday . Yet you didn’t see them crying online . Pakistani think that they are special people and they should receive visa 1 hours after applying .

And Indian politicians have nothing to do with this or gain from delaying visas for the world cup. It would be dumb. Bcci likewise have nothing to do or gain from this either. can't believe how people come up with all these totally irrational stories.

Why did Pak only apply like a week ago?
According to the article:

According to the PCB, the process for getting the visas began at the end of August, when the board received an invitation letter from the ICC, which formed a part of their submission to the Indian High Commission. Because the Pakistan team was traveling to and from Sri Lanka for the Asia Cup - of which it was officially the host - the PCB had sought to submit visa applications without physical passports in the first instance. They were told that was not possible and because passports were needed, the PCB applied finally on September 19, soon after the return of the squad from the Asia Cup.

So you applied on 19 and got on 25 . So what was all the crying online.
Wow , PCB , they want visa without submitting passport 😳

This is a non issue , the real issue will be if Pakistan win the World Cup on Indian soil, I am sure such a scenario will create a big tamasha.
Let's say it's an India Pak final, 4 runs needed, 1 wicket left and 2 balls left and the Indian bat misses and the Pak keeper does a mankad to win it.

Careful there .Some Pakistani supporters have accused your team of accepting bribe from BCCI for getting 50 all out in Asia Cup Final on Twitter 😂

This was the fake tweet they circulated online in name of Wasim Akram . Tweets were quickly deleted when supporters started tagging ICC and Wasim Akram on Twitter regarding authenticity of information.

Whatever it takes!!!
I see the "shame on BCCI" gang quietly moved on to "what if Pak wins the WC in India" after posting nonsense for a while without understanding the reality of the situation.

What are you talking about? Visas for international stars shouldnt take this long and should be expedited.

The PCB were told that the visas would be issued in 24 hours and planned accordingly.

Who defines international stars ? Many Indian cricketers have faced visa delays while touring AUS/ENG because of their addition to touring squad last minute.
VISA is not issued by Cricket board . It is issued by Embassy which takes input from their respective Country . And this process takes atleast 1 week . Stop looking for conspiracy theory everywhere .

Those fans are projecting the feelings they got when watching Kamran Akmal play 😅

According to the complaint letter to the ICC, the Indian authorities told them. Otherwise why would they complain if they themselves sent the passports late?
They would complain because they love playing victim Card . Infact they had sued BCCI few years ago only to lose the court case and paid BCCI 2 million dollar case .
