International Captain
Two amazing bowlers
He was great in Ind and PakCloser than some people will say. Walsh was very suspect on flat wickets imo but Rabada can get tonked by decent teams outside some of the minefields he gets to bowl on at home. Courtney takes it due to longevity for now.
Hmm. I think Asian wickets were more sporting to pace bowlers before the 2000s and he was hitting the cracks with his great height. His record in high-scoring games and the first innings when bounce generally isn't as uneven tells a story. Averages 37 in high-scoring tests. He was great in Ind and Pak
False. India put up high scores in the 1994 series and Pakistan practically won each test in 1997 by an innings by putting up decent first innings but Walsh still did well overall. And what type of logic is this? He did bad in high scoring games? Freaking duh, any bowler looks bad in high scoring games. Lemme guess, he did well in lower scoring games. Also, Ambrose played in 1997 and generally sucked so if wickets in Pakistan were so sporting, why didn't Ambrose thrive? Just give Walsh his due and move on.Hmm. Ambrose averages ten runs less than Walsh in high-scoring games and doesn't have a major imbalance between first and second innings. I rate Walsh highly in Asia and highly in general tbh. I just don't think he's perfect.False. Oh no he's not perfect but credit to him for being amazing in Asia relative to Rabada.Ambrose averages ten runs less than Walsh in high-scoring games and doesn't have a major imbalance between first and second innings. I think I have asked that before but it's something you yourself calculated? Do you have a list?Hmm.
