*Official* Asia Cup 2023

Whatever it takes!!!
One thing to note is Pak had the worse of the conditions.

It was swinging around a lot even when India started their batting but we were lucky that we kept getting beaten and in between punished every full ball that we could hit. It could easily have been 50/5 for us too.

And when Pak batted, scoreboard pressure took its toll. This is very similar to the 2017 CT finals IMO.

Yeah ,one of the worst days for Pak as a Team . Should just forget this match

Virat said it best after the 2017 CT finals. Sometimes the opposition just plays better than you. Gotta give them credit, move on. Dont start thinking your team is somehow bad because of this one performance.

Almost everything went to plan for India, including luck. It happens sometimes. Pak are still a better LO side for me, than India.

So yesterday, if we went for a 20 over chase for Pak, the target was supposed to be 181.

Today, after India finished their innings, it would have been 187.

Reasonable proof that DLS is actually pretty accurate, I suppose?

I think if Kohli and Bumrah are in form, it’s hard to argue that on paper India is not the better side. No weaknesses 1-11, esp with the team they fielded. That said, Pakistan is also very good and anything can happen ok the day.
