Surely Zoe Goss makes it onto the first page.

But yeah, the 153* was incredible. As was the 277 or whatever it was as a relative unknown in Sydney

I should say the 277 or 153, but weirdly it was the 400 when he regained the record. It meant nothing for the series, we were already defeated, but it was salvaging something from that period, regaining something from which to derive some vestige of pride.
Wanted to give my daughter the middle name Lara after that, wife vetoed that in a hurry.

For me, I found his 226 in 2005 to be a poignant moment. He was at the end of his career, yet he still showed he had the goods, plus he crossed Border's record during the innings and was showered with praise. It seemed to me to be the seal on his career.
