Future of Cricket Discussion Table

Cricket Spectator
I am a Cricket enthusiast just like anyone here and I as a result want to see the game grow because even with the history of being father of basically every modern iteration of sports as a profession, iconic and spectacle somehow failed to achieve a proper global status because of it's biasedness to already powerhouse nations... This thing struck me even more after seeing the current condition of Cuba and it's Baseball culture...

As a result of being Indian I also can see the biasedness in our International Council and how much Cricket is dependent on India ...
Cricket isn't going to loose billions of supporters overnight but just like that it ain't gaining that as well ... So the above scenario might be an extreme and definitely not going to happen probably in our lifetime but the fact is, it is very real so I am going just mention some points based on current condition and what way this beautiful game could atleast be played in current around 90 nations which got its ranking

RoadMap
ICC has already published a certain set roadmap until 2031 with excluding this year World Cup there is around 9 global tournaments (4 T20I, 1 ODI, 4 WTC) ..
The flaw in it is too many World Level tournaments with no breather for highest level players at the same time basically basking the sun for rest 80% of National Teams .
This needs to change beyond 2031...
T20I world cup should become 4 years with no change in ODI along with proper Continental level tournament in every 3 years with proper qualification based on bilateral series with proper intra-continental point system with action from around 2031 to help the game grow in 5 Highest Council of Game (That's made up but there are 5 entity if I am not wrong)
Most of the Associate nations are not playing the basic level of International cricket as a result Continental wide tournaments should be a good testing group for these teams except for occasional 4 match a year in pre-qualifier ...

An year plan
I think a year can be divided into 4 parts with 3 months for each event along with dividing the world into two halves Northern and Southern , pretty textbook stuff

December, January, February - International tours(Bilateral, Trilateral, Quadrilateral series), Qualifiers, Pre-qualifiers (if you may), Test Series(preferred venue Northern Hemisphere), Domestic season (with addition of occasional International visitors tour by Associate nation like Namibia did with Karnataka in India).

March, April, May- T20 Leagues.

June, July, August - International tours(Bilateral, Trilateral, Quadrilateral series), Test Series(preferred venue Southern Hemisphere), Continental Tournaments (like Asia Cup, African Cup etc. if i didn't make myself clear), T20 Leagues Champions game.

September, October, November - World Cups/Break, Domestic Season starts

Exceptions-Ashes, Border-Gaveskar, Pataudi Trophy (if someone don't know Indian and England Test series) in which Australian summer is perfect for a Boxing Day Test match based , what's your thoughts

Each Format
There should be atleast 15 Test playing, 32 ODI playing and if possible atleast 64 fairly regular T20I teams should be playing

With top 10 test team should atleast be 10 test matches around the year and atleast 5 by rest
With ODI team should be playing 20 ODIs &
With T20I team should be playing 30 T20Is

My calculation is simply based of the fact in a week only one Test match can be played, two ODI can be played and three T20I.
Simply 10 Test match (around 14 weeks with extended gaps), 20 ODIs (around 10 weeks) and 30 T20Is (also around 10 weeks) is designated by me into 26 weeks of play which can be adjusted opening 2 months of Break Season or will be achieved through World Cup matches that seasons

So for any professional at highest level would be in for 60 international duties with associate nations if not 50 atleast 35+ encounters required for their steady growth and interest for the sports

World Cup Format
O

ODI format - 16 teams with two group and top 4 finishes would compete in Quater, Semi and Final
T20I format - 32 teams with elimination rule every match or 8 groups of 4 team with only top finishes qualify for Quater or if you are whimsy top two with Round of 16 added.

This is a general gist of what i want to say which is definitely based, illogical and incomplete with others opinions so hit up with extras and drs on my take it would be appreciated and thanks for staying by

It never rains in England in January

Can you do a tl:dr?
Basically I am proposing Cricket Season to be divided in 4 quater for 2 of it for International matches, 1 for T20 leagues and one for World Cup / World Cup qualifier/ Break...
And also every team should earn qualification rights based qualifier and not based of ranking which 90% of times doesn't makes sense just like dls method
