Bumrah has been great whenever he's managed to play but not really comparable to pre injury Waqar, who had one of the greatest peaks of all time.

In theory he could surpass Waqar if he comes back from injury as good as ever and doesn't keep breaking his back and has another 5 or so world class years. This is a huge ask and looking very unlikely at the moment .

yeah Waqar is probably one of the worst to compare him to since everything Bumrah has going for him Waqar does too on a bigger scale

yawn once again i redirect you to the part where you need to be reminded that if you dont want people responding to you then dont post dumb takes on a public forum where people can freely discuss things. but bro you were making it personal right from the start lets be honest if you wanna throw insults at someone being generally polite then you can at least be brave enough to be honest lol

Do you have kids ? You keep telling them that their current stars don't match up to those of the past eventually they say screw it and go watch something else , and it's already happening kids these days don't have the love for Test Cricket they used to , that's my observation based on my own findings I don't need someone like you telling me my takes are dumb , talking about projection and asking me to be brave (Whatever that means) , then still maintaining that you're being generally polite ..

im calling your take or opinion on this dumb. im not calling you dumb in any situation. there is a difference there that i think you can understand. i dont even think your other opinions are dumb either for the most part as i think you’re a good poster other than than the time you made that crass joke with the England cricketer who died in tragic circumstances and refused to back down

on the contrary you have been insulting me or being disrespectful on a personal level while I havent done anything on that manner in return while also telling me to not be personal when i wasnt in the 1st place? seems like only 1 of us is prejudiced here

new people these days dont like test cricket for a variety of other reasons like difficulty of access and time constraints unlike in the past and not because of OP who spams dumb comparison threads for the sake of clicks on a fairly niche internet forum. note again im calling his threads and some of the comparisons he makes dumb and not the OP himself. even if someone new happens to come upon this forum they will realise that one of Pakistan’s atg pacers with a test career that is 10 years longer than Bumrah’s with nearly thrice the number of matches and only a marginally worse average is supposed to be better

if you dont need ‘someone like me’ which clearly shows you have been invested personally since the beginning despite claims to the contrary saying that your take is dumb then dont post a take that is? no point getting upset about someone else having an opinion over your opinion when they all are like backsides that everyone has. i said you were projecting because you said i was making it personal when as shown you have been taking and making it personal for some reason that fails me which is classic projection of one’s own feelings onto others and you weren’t brave enough to just admit it
