Once you announced retirement you should not changed your mind. Manoj Tiwary announced his retirement in July now he changed his mind to play one more season in Ranji trophy matches
For eng i do not think ben Stokes is a good choice who is Negetive about ODI cricket, eng already have captain Buttler who can handle both Limited over Format, why ECB forced Ben to play WC in india?
