I can't say I noticed. It was just that at one point in the game the screen flashed up 94 when Atkinson was bowling and it was commented on in the media and I was sceptical of that. I didn't see any of the speeds Johnson was clocked with. At a guess, he may well have been circa 90-92 top speed but don't know.

I like Johnson, he's got the tools to succeed at international level, but he needs some time with the A-team before he plays ODI/Test. His best balls whete unplayable when he played for SA in the shield last season but his radar was horrendous, didn't look much better when he played vs NZ-A.

He's definitely ready for t20I though. His death bowling was really impressive last BBL season though and hes got all the tools to be a nuisance throughout the rest of the game.
