This is the most incorrect thing posted here in the last few pages. Literally everybody except for nerds on CW cares about LO stuff.
must depend on the country tbf

LOI here is now behind a paywall and so unless you are a real tragic and have foxtel nobody really watches them because they can’t - casuals will still get behind the world cups and the bbl of course but LOI proper is not really a
needle mover for most aussie fans

Hesitate to say this but I think we have run out of plot twists in this one. The Aussies look done and on form aren't going to chases these runs.

A good chance here for Smithy to improve his 4th innings stats (in 24 innings so far ave 28 with 4 fifties and 0 hundreds), or for a few others to show some fight. It's more likely that they'll have one foot on the plane and this could be over early. Hope it doesn't get too ugly. The Aussies don't appear to want this as badly as the poms (so far at least).

Probably not as disappointing as '19 as that team definitely were good enough to win outright, whereas I doubt this team is. Some bowling and field settings have been bewildering but I suppose you can only be as good as the opposition allows, and the fact is the poms have shown a lot more fight towards the back end of this series. In the end you're only as good as you're results anyway.

Great career from Broad, one of England's best ever. Certainly where Ashes in England are concerned Broad was always the Aussies chief tormenter during his career. Great competitor and character. Will be a shame to see him go but now seems a good time to call it.
