Even Hassett's gone, goddammit. I think my ploy of eliminating all the good bats has rather backfired.

On the plus side, I have an excuse to pick Ross Taylor.

Yousuf bats ahead of Taylor surely.
This is so valuable for me as i highly value batting positions over quality of the batsman itself so will rarely in not ever put a bat outside a position that they have excelled in or played most of their career at . This is a prime example . Taylor has a 47 average at 4 that drops off to 30 at 5 and below 20 at 3 and 6 being the only positions he has batted. Also stating a difference of 174 innings at 4 and combined 22 in the others . Yousuf on the other hand excelled at 4 and 5 . having 63 innings at 4 at 56 average and 78 innings at 5 at 53 average . combined 15 innings in other spots at around 30 average .

Long explanation just to say respect to Ataraxia here , perfect decision(IMO) as both batsman in preferred position if you look at career summary . IMO this is the best possible decision , like it a lot .
