Joseph has a lot of talent , but his strategy in Tests is lacking ..If the pitch is not doing a lot you've got to be able to keep it tight , he's going at nearly 5 an over with no maidens to his name from 20 overs ..
If he can be a bit more street smart he can easily average under 30 in Test Cricket .
