It's interesting just how many "locals" played international cricket for their nation of birth. Or at least a lot of FC cricket. With all of them playing for the States they could have a really handy team.

Just by merely appearing on GMA, some young kids* will ask their parents what is that? And that would spark interest in cricket.

*-provided that they are not watching Cocomelon on YouTube.

Americans are clueless about cricket and how it is played.

They need to advertise massively on the big channels as well as try to explain the rules.

Just appearing here or there won't help much. It's gotta be large scale marketing campaign, otherwise they will be stuck with just the diaspora taking a keen interest and no one else.
