*Official* Second Test (Lord's, London) 28 June–2 July

CartyDurham

International Captain
14 Aussies wickets for around 180 in this test

Total reliance on smith and khawaja for getting this lead to 370

Now of course England were totally suckered into the same tactic, the challenge is how they can react and survive

Coronis

International Coach
We do have a small chance. Someone has to take on the bouncers and hit a few over the fence. Cummins being Cummins will **** himself and change the approach.
Cummins being Cummins will probably clutch out the test for Australia just like the last one. Either that or Travis Head runs through them.

GIMH

Norwood's on Fire
Oz still favourites but in both innings they’ve wasted an opportunity to really pile them on.

We of course did the same.

best way is probably play it more carefully and wait for guys like smith and head to bowl

I do hope England confound my expectations, but have noted that my sofa is perfectly positioned for hiding behind if this next session goes according to those expectations

Aidan11

International Vice-Captain
To win England need to overtake the highest successful run chase at Lord's- 344/1 by West Indies.

Gordon Greenidge got a double ton that day. We need Crawley to be our Gordon Greenidge over the next 4 sessions.

Is there any Aussie fan who expected they would be bowling by now today?

It was supposedly a stroll to 400 plus leads and a canter to take ten wickets

Now it’s game on but it still favours Australia a minimum of 70-30

That injury Lyon has been struck with. The time it happened it was all innocuous but it’s really debilitated him

Deserved to go out in England so much better than that
