Yeah the best I’ve seen anyone play this sort of stuff was Mitchell and Blundell last summer. They basically took the approach of hooking and pulling every ball. Not trying to hit 6’s mind, but not letting the bowlers settle. Normally the run rate would jump up to 6 or 7 an over and England would revert to standard tactics after 5 or 6 overs.

You'd think in theory that would be Khawaja but that's not really his gameplan and he didn't look comfortable against it. None of these batsmen can hook, really.
