Unfair on Kumble but agree with the general point as far as spin bowling stocks go.

It is a bit unfair on Kumble but I still think both Ashwin and Jadeja are better. I've very much changed my mind on that in the last few years. I don't think blokes like Harbhajan etc even belong in the conversation, I well remember the tears of tripe he put up in the last few years of his career.

Agreed. I was surprised though as I expected Starc to see steaming in on day one

Nah I've changed my mind on this. It might just be because he turns into a god against Australia but his ability to force mistakes from batsmen is genuinely uncanny.
