When commentators talk about a ‘good bouncer’ they never refer to the one that’s miles down leg, doesn’t get above chest high and barely makes it to the keeper, but I swear they get the most wickets
DK was terrible in the last final. I hope he's better in this one.I assumed it was the same commentary for everyone. We've had an eclectic mix of Ponting, Langer, Hussain, DK, Sanga, Guha, Shastri, Hayden
Neil Wagner likes this. When commentators talk about a ‘good bouncer’ they never refer to the one that’s miles down leg, doesn’t get above chest high and barely makes it to the keeper, but I swear they get the most wickets
He won't be.DK was terrible in the last final. I hope he's better in this one.
He's bowled a good spell, just the wicket taking ball was terrible. Is Thakur jammier than Labu
Considering you've be watching a decade of Neil Wagner I suppose you can come to this conclusion. I don't think you're too far wrong either. A ball about that distance from the body can be hard to pull properly. When commentators talk about a ‘good bouncer’ they never refer to the one that’s miles down leg, doesn’t get above chest high and barely makes it to the keeper, but I swear they get the most wickets
Yeah he's been the best of the bowlers so far. Probably deserved the wicket for the spell even if it was a **** ball. He's bowled a good spell, just the wicket taking ball was terrible.
Hell, Liam Plunkett made an ODI career out of it. Those ones usually got caught in the deep on the legside more often than strangled, but definitely the same sort of deliveryWhen commentators talk about a ‘good bouncer’ they never refer to the one that’s miles down leg, doesn’t get above chest high and barely makes it to the keeper, but I swear they get the most wickets
Yeah he deserved a wicket, probably just not with the ball that got it for himHe's bowled a good spell, just the wicket taking ball was terrible.
Don't agree, Siraj was far better. Thakur's been okay.Yeah he's been the best of the bowlers so far.
ChatSPDAlways a pleasure to watch the Smith computer booting up.
He got 4 fifties or something that tour didnt he? Good return for a foreign opener in England tbh. He's never come close to replicating that again. As for Warner, this knock definitely reminds me a bit of his 2015 Ashes. Gets a good start, seems to be building nicely, then gets himself out from nowhere usually to a poor delivery
Far preferable to his 2019 Ashes tbf
