I like Corbin Bosch , he can bowl 140 + and smash the ball , they could play together as Bosch is good enough to bat in the top 7 especially on white ball cricket ..His brother Eathan is good too

Saw some of eathan in the SA 20 and he looks q major talent. Has pace, threatens with the new ball and is more than handy with the bat.
I still think it's crazy that swaenpool topped the wicket list in the div 1 FC comp and the List-A comp last year and can't get a gig with the A-team, especially given that he's bordering on a genuine all-rounder, but SA aren't exactly low on pace bowling depth so along as the guys there calling up perform it really doesn't matter that much.

Yeah, they've taken Coetzee, Sipamla, and Williams, all who have played test cricket. So while I would agree with you that Swanepoel deserves a look-in, it's not too unreasonable to have picked those guys ahead of him.

Swaenpool is playing in this, apparently? Was their an injury or something? Thought he wasn't in the squad.
I really like the look of the team in general, NGL. Tons of solid young talent in their. Wouldn't have minded Jones or Ferreira getting a gig over muthusamy, but he's also a very good player so can't fault them too much.

While 7 is too low for Brevis, I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing for him to bat 5 or 6. We produce a lot of good top order batsmen, so there's possibly more of a need for middle order batsmen. And with David Miller now being 33, we could do with someone to take over from him when he goes, and Brevis just might be that person.

SA-A in a bit of trouble. 81/7 batting first. Coetze and stubbs have added 40 to take them from 42-7. Be interesting to see how stubbs approaches the remainder of this innings. Currently 15*(46), nice to see him show some maturity.

And 77 in the previous match. My guess would be that he's sitting outside the first-choice squad, but quite likely the first name on the back-up list.

Lot to like. Top order batting being so bad is a concern, but stubbs and brevis where good, coetze had a great all-round series and swaenpool got a few wickets and played a handy cameo in the first game.
