Jee'z how's salt hit that 83 metres? It was a full toss but he just clipped it, no real batswing the shot, all timing.

It was all timing...and he picked it up as the ball was 'dying' in its trajectory. Perfection. Like Badree said it is the touch he is in. Prime.

This DC team is heating up at the right time. They have match-winners...and Axar is not even in the middle yet.

What do DC need to happen to make the semi's from here? There bowling still isn't great but if axar is batting 5 in his current form I'de argue that there as good a side as mumbai with more bowling depth.

Cant recall who said it,,,but which commentator said that was a good innings from Kohli, nope those sort of innings on flat pitches are worthless in 2023.

Was the deck really that flat or did RCB just bowl like ****? The DC bowlers got a decent amount out of the pitch at various points, while the RCB spinners where way to short, harshal couldn't land the ball on the strip and the other pacers had salt top edge his way through the power play vs them with some good shots mixed in. Kohli was a bit slow but this wasn't a 200+ par deck if RCB bowled anywhere close to what an attack of siraj-hazlewood-hasaranga-harshal should deliver.

I mean in T20s the onus is on the batters to deliver more than the bowlers.
