In honour of the worst one, how about the opposite? I always think back to that Flintoff over to Kallis, Edgbaston 2008, when he had him stone dead lbw to an inswinging yorker and Aleem Dar was seemingly looking elsewhere. Fortunately, he cleaned him up 3 balls later.

I'm sure there are plenty of others....

I always think back to that Morrison over to McDermott, Adelaide 1987, when he had him stone dead lbw to an inswinging yorker and umpire French was seemingly looking elsewhere.

From the other end Hadlee had been using bounce and away-seam to zip past the edge of McDermott and Whitney, but no edges, and Aussie's 10th wicket pair were inching towards a series-winning draw. Morrison's line and lengths were more varied, but in 2nd last (or 4th last?) over of day 5 he conjured up a full ball pitched just outside off stump, angling / cutting in to hit the pads in front of middle + off. Bingo ! ..... or not.

8th to last ball of the match.
(He actually also had Whitney 'out' plumb in his previous over, the 4th to last over. But, different times i suppose ... , judging that particular one now through a DRS hindsight-tinted glasses. At the time, it was all about the McDermott shout.)

Being 4 for 50 odd is the sort of scoreline England will be pretty used to again this northern summer.
