Batting at number 3 and facing the likes of Dale Steyn and Morne Morkel he only managed 9 runs, in what was to be his only innings, which lasted 14 minutes and 12 deliveries with one boundary. Quiney's innings of 9 is considered to be one of the best innings of 9 in Test Match Cricket history.Amongst the great innings we'll always have Rob Quiney's 9.
Holy ****, it actually is on his wikepedia page, lmaoBatting at number 3 and facing the likes of Dale Steyn and Morne Morkel he only managed 9 runs, in what was to be his only innings, which lasted 14 minutes and 12 deliveries with one boundary. just doing my best gskohli. Please don't ban me for plagarism. (It was an accident)
Don't see the relevance of this point.Yet the India-Bangladesh all-time XI would be handily beaten by the Eng/Aus/SA/WI/NZ one. The split in ATG cricketers ≠ the split in population.
Q amd K are pronounced samein SC names. Qadir and Kadir / Karder pronounced exactly the same. So is Qasim and Cassim.Q's disqualified for failing to field a full team.

What I said pertains to all-time XIs, and the native scripts of the players in those XIs. The total number of people using Devenagiri is as relevant as the number of users of Chinese script. The Ind-Bang XI is not as strong. I also think you'll find that significantly more people use Latin script, but that's completely beside the point here. Plus I was trying to make a humorous point and you've gone and taken it far too seriously.Don't see the relevance of this point.
The point was raised that the XI are going to differ if different scripts are used. Devanagari is used as much s Latin script through out the world.
Very good point - i wondered about that and was thinking it could be another concept to group players by sound. B and P could be the same. Maybe some Vowels would go into different groups. X (hey I forgot about X as another group that I can disqualify to get Z up the ladder) could probably go elsewhere.Q amd K are pronounced samein SC names. Qadir and Kadir / Karder pronounced exactly the same. So is Qasim and Cassim.
True, oversight on mine. Much better side nowI reckon I'd find a spot for Benaud.

No respite for the traitor, obviously.I'm stunned that a Kiwi has left out Grimmett.
Another big oops.Additionally, as good as Gooch was - particularly for those few years in the early 1990s - I'd have Greenidge in that side ahead of him.
