Yes, at least one spare bat is required, isn't it? The team currently picks itself. Khawaja-Head-Labu-Smith-Hands-Green-Carey-Cummins-Starc-Lyon-Murphy are all I think almost sure to play.

Since 2001 Ashes victory, record of IND/AUS in ENG is almost identical. So Eng can be as neutral venue as possible tbh .
But the problem is our priority is IPL and Steve Smith’s priority is county cricket .
