i’d say it would have been more successful back when odi pitches weren’t roads and test pitches weren’t this bowling friendlyI think people on these boards overrate domestic runs Vs ODI runs as a reaction to a lot of selections that go the other way.
Yadav is probably at worst going to have a meh test career where he doesn't make as many runs as he should, like Yuvraj Singh or Jos Buttler. And there are plenty of big successes of a one day player coming good in tests, one of them's on 96* at the other end.
who the **** is Inzamul100* out of 176

There's a lot wrong with this.I think people on these boards overrate domestic runs Vs ODI runs as a reaction to a lot of selections that go the other way.

This is not exactly right. Rohit had a 50+ average in Ranji when he got selected and Axar was also killing it in the Ranji. It is only Bumrah that they took based on T20 exploits.kind off funny that the three selections or decisions we made prior to SKY based on mostly white ball records in Bumrah, Rohit and Axar have all worked so well for us. can only think of that as the reason why SKY was picked here
tbf Sharma had one of the better FC records in the country at one point. It's not a body of work that Sky can boast.I think people on these boards overrate domestic runs Vs ODI runs as a reaction to a lot of selections that go the other way.

Mayank scored a double yesterday.4 Players ahead of SKY but not selected
1. Sarfaraz
2. Gill
3. Mayank Agarwal
4. Prithvi Shaw
Both are good guides. I think Gilly was the first one I remember who got into the test team on odi performances. I think even Khawaja made a comeback on odi runs.kind off funny that the three selections or decisions we made prior to SKY based on mostly white ball records in Bumrah, Rohit and Axar have all worked so well for us. can only think of that as the reason why SKY was picked here
you are one of us you condescending dickheadI think people on these boards
Jos buttler averages 34 odd in FC he performed about as well as youde expect him to perform in redball.I think people on these boards overrate domestic runs Vs ODI runs as a reaction to a lot of selections that go the other way.
