He wasn't at the forefront of my mind but I did wonder if I should try and undercut Teuton but thought if I did - Archer might pick Adcock and that would hurt my next pick whereas Gibbs was always someone I was considering as soon as I went for Adcock - gives me 2 top 15/20 seamers and a top 10 spinner in a draft with 16 people. However, I'm also now last to pick and plenty of damage to my hopes could be done as I wait. Also there is the Bradman factor I wouldn't be surprised if people are planning for him already.

I had thought of that, and was in the process of writing that combined with the demand bowlers who can bat at 8 will get - I'm sure we all know most/all the names means Davidson could be wise - Steyn provides a genuine ATG seam option whereas a fear was some may say with my side good bowling attack but lacks X-Factor. In an ideal world Wasim has a lower HS and I could just jump up to him and he solves ATG, left-arm and number 8 batter all in one.

I was wondering if L & L was thinking of picking Bruce Reid (14 I think) as he started a thread on him. I even briefly considered mystery spinner Jack Iverson (1*) but thought that would be crazy!

And the funniest would've been if someone picked Brian Lara first without thinking about what they were doing.
