5 regular bats, 1 allrounder, 1 keeper and 4 bowlers

Batsmen averaging no more than 45
Bowlers all averaging no less than 30
Keeper can't average more than 25 with the bat.

I'm saying if they're averaging over 30 with the ball they're probably not going to be close to the "best below ATG". It's contradictory.
