Yeah Kallis the player over Border likely.Kallis easily replaces Border .
I consider them nearly equal as batsman. Kallis superior fielding and bowling makes it a no-contest .
12 players here (13 if including both Lindwall and Cummins)Here's mine:

Can you prove this? What does Kallis have going for him besides pretty stats? I think if you ignore about 13000 of Kallis' runs, which shouldn't count anyway, cos Kallis was not a matchwinner, Mcgrath's batting comes out on top.I voted for Kallis because I think he was the better bat.
Yeah didn’t McGrath have that ridiculous 10th wicket stand with Gillespie that won Australia a match? Can you prove this? What does Kallis have going for him besides pretty stats? Gibbs depending on the wicket.Yeah Lara at 3 and Kallis at 5 .
You don’t have a spinner in your ATXI ? Have Gibbs instead of Holding.
Was Kallis part of any match-winning 10th wicket partnerships? He possibly wasn't, and if so then that clearly makes McGrath the better player.Yeah didn’t McGrath have that ridiculous 10th wicket stand with Gillespie that won Australia a match?
Fwiw, if there's any spin in the wicket, I'm probably leaving put Ambrose for Gibbs. Think Holding is better on flatter wickets than sir Curtly.Yeah Lara at 3 and Kallis at 5 .

He was for a while but became a lot more shredded towards the endHe was an all-rounder, just not as well rounded as others and his bowling is overrated.
He was only good with partnerships at the top of the order... holding records with Kirsten, Amla and ABdV....Was Kallis part of any match-winning 10th wicket partnerships? He possibly wasn't, and if so then that clearly makes McGrath the better player.
Damn I thought he only played alongside scrubsHe was only good with partnerships at the top of the order... holding records with Kirsten, Amla and ABdV....
I saw Kallis bat once and he did quite well while I was watching. He also comes before McGrath alphabetically. There's barely even a comparison to be had, really, when you think about it on those terms. Can you prove this? What does Kallis have going for him besides pretty stats? More like Jacked KallisHe was for a while but became a lot more shredded towards the end
If I've done this correctly, I think Kallis was involved in five 10th wicket partnerships, none of them in matches which South Africa won. So McGrath still comes out ahead. Was Kallis part of any match-winning 10th wicket partnerships? He possibly wasn't, and if so then that clearly makes McGrath the better player.
Barrel-chested and thick hams. I'd love to know what he was lifting in the weight room. Guy looked strong, not fat.He was for a while but became a lot more shredded towards the end
