So, are we allowed to pick players with no runs and no wickets, ( i.e. never played a Test ) for our XI?
Just wondering about that before JOJOXI picks up Clive Rice again in round 11 or something, as I'm not sure it conforms to the spirit of a challenge in which we're being restricted by Test runs and wickets.

It was the last Vanilla draft. I had to finagle Clive Rice into the simulator to get him to work. Ultimately your team ended up winning in the sim, lol.
