Guys, are you all ok with the double picks in parallel? If anyone has any concerns, please let me know.

@Teuton if Ankit also picks now, does it just go to the next person and so on? Will that not be a bit unfair to Andrew?

Or should we just stop with the consecutive person alone and wait out the 6 hours?

I think this parallel pickings can be of disadvantage to the drafter but it's going to be the same for everyone. I may get benefitted this round, someone else will reap it the next.

In the past we have just continued on so there are always 2 people up. Maybe with a pause at the end of the round.

More people get skipped but it evens out overall and speeds up the draft a lot.

And we do have the option of leaving our picks with another player if its the middle of the night or whatever.

The difference is that this time we have actually changed a key rule midway through a draft (rather than starting with it).

It is a bit weird to be changing rules mid draft I think, especially to speed things up in the more difficult part as well.

Would like to hear others' feedback as well. I personally didn't think the draft was going that slow before anyway, as almost everyone was active and picking on their turns, or making catch-up picks in a reasonable time frame.
