SL is much weaker now, regardless of bowlers bowling at X mph. Assuming things are awash bowling wise now vs the 90s, Warner averaging in the 30s outside Australia is indefensible. I can't think of any other top opener besides Desmond Haynes, with that type of disparity.
But tbf SL were a non-event away from home when they were at their best

the windies have been pretty formidable at home for a while now

maybe now a touch less so than a few years ago given the batting struggles but you still wouldn't count them out against anyone except maybe us and india
Wi problem at home is the batting and the batting alone. See the series vs RSA. The bowlers did their jobs but were woefully let down by the batsmen.

If Southee and Jamieson were both fit I'd be very confident as our batting would thrive (very young versions of Williamson and Latham did very well there on our last tour back in 2014).

Wi against all the teams at home IMO:

Aus, Ind and RSA definitely win in WI
NZ probably win but not as definitive as the above
Pak/SL/Eng a toss up due to WI dire batting
Ban/Zim not a chance in hell.

I actually fear what Neil Wagner would do to us than any other NZ bowler. His around wicket bouncers are seriously intimidating !!!
