Congrats on your win and no worries @ataraxia - it will be a test of my patience as we are going to have many days like that in competitive matches before the benefit of IGT and such a thin squad starts to bear fruit. At this point its easy to accept we'll have days like that - I'm sure your fans would've been chanting "Can we play you every week" midway through that game. Just about holding my nerve when season gets to a close and not buy players that improve us short term but block these players development.Eek sorry @JOJOXI, I forgot Charminster were undergoing a rebuild. I think that (469/7) may be the highest score in all AX cricket. Some accomplishment when we set a MAS of 170! Hastelow pinch-hitter and Stokesian O'Callaghan orders helped with that. I'll play a much weaker side against Winton in a few days...
Winton thankfully a little bit better - Phelps 35 bowling and Foster 31 bowling significiantly better than anything that Charminster can offer. A bit more depth to the batting too, Winton with 5 players at 21 batting or above currently. Meanwhile, Charminster despite having the best and 3rd best bat of the 2 sides combined - only have 2 players with batting at 21 or above - Fairhurst (42) and Yavatkar (31)
