Bangladesh have bowled so well but have not been backed up by the fielding, Taijul especially that lovely accuracy and decent turn he is really good , Pujara with the mantra bat long and the runs will come , he's had a life but still have to be good enough to score the runs and bat the time .

Yeah, I thought it was just the moisture based damp and tacky but seems the pitch itself is a bit up and down and inconsistent with both turn and bounce, mostly on the lower end of the bounce scale though.

It may yet flatten out though.

Decided to watch this Test after the ODI series.

Once Ebadot left with the side strain after the early. The bowling was cooked, Khaled Ahmed didn't trouble the lower order. If Ebadot was able to bowl in tandem with Taijul and Mehidy, I think they could have bundled India out for 325.

I get Taskin and Ebadot are the front line pacers but no reason not to have the Fizz in there for red ball cricket. Helps balance the load of overs too.

Indian innings only ended once they decided they had enough runs on the board.

If Nurul is this bad with the gloves, then put Mushfiqur back there. I feel like he bats better when he's the WK anyway.
