In decreasing order of confidence:

Woakes
Jimmy
Broad
Swann
Hoggard
Stokes
Harmison
Flintoff
Moeen
Monty
Finn
Giles
Sidebottom
Only one wrong-un. You've correctly included Woakes, unlike me and Grecian. And both of you remembered Moeen, unlike me. You can find the one you missed from Grecian's list if you feel so inclined. I originally omitted him as I thought that he took most of his wickets in the 1990s, but apparently he took over 100 in this century.

Apparently he is the 14th English bowler to take 100 test wickets since the start of the 2000s. I managed to come up with 11 of the other 13 and then kicked myself when I saw the other two.
I missed one, thinking Gough made the cut when it turns out he managed 94 in the new century.

Forgot Finn

Would have thought Sidearse took more than Finn, but hey-ho imperfect memory and all that. I just always forget Woakes in these things.

My unreasonable Woakes fandom meant I wasn't missing him. Wouldn't have guessed Caddick took more than Gough this century.

Harry Brook England's next great batsman, possibly in all formats? Appears to have an incredible eye picking up on anything slightly short.

I had completely under-estimated how many wickets Gough and Caddick took in this century.
A stat that made a very long-term impression on me was that for a while it seemed like the most wickets an England seamer could get was about 250. Gough, Caddick, Harmison, Hoggard, Flintoff were all in that bracket and until about 2011-ish Anderson and Broad were too. So when thinking of England bowlers they all occupy the same sort of bucket for me.

Same. I had just overestimated how many of their wickets that G&C took in the 1990s. I remembered them doing very well in the home tests of 2000, respectably in Pakistan and Sri Lanka the following winter, struggling against Australia in 2001 and not much after then. As it turns out, they did a bit more than that in the early 2000s; especially Caddick.

Declaration batting this morning when we aren’t declaring! 350 lead though is what I wanted as a bare minimum when the Brook/Stokes partnership began.

Reckon Pak will chase this or get mighty close to it, Rizwan is due a score, and the 6-8 can all bat better than their 1sr innings returns.
