Why cricketers rarely cry ?

He did lose SA the game, retired a year and a bit beforehand; should've kept going and win the match for the match

Waqar cried after the 96 quarterfinal.

The entire SA cried after the 2015 semifinal.
Waqar must have cried privately. Because I can’t remember video clip of it .Whereas football players cry in the ground itself.

SA players is mentioned in the OP.

Because they got tight arses.
Cricket is the most rigid and tight arsed sport.
Must be the English colonial element to it.

Different personality's. The players who generally cry are from Latin countries. Not many Latin countries involved in either cricket or rugby. Other countries tend to hide their emotions.

Things like Cricket players don’t care is a stupid argument.
I was selected to play small league and managed to do decent and am still proud of it.
The international cricketers are of course the best of the best. And have spent their whole life playing the game, unless you are Curtly Ambrose. In India you are 1 in like 10 million or even more rarer.
Of course they care for the sport they have dreamt of since childhood days and spent their whole life.

Cricket is a privileged sport compared to football let's be honest here , football is much more available to the masses so they have more of an emotional connection...
I would say there are a lot more cricketers than footballers who know where they are in the game is mostly down to being from a certain country , private school , caste etc ...

There a quite a few Latin countries in next year's Rugby WC. France, Argentina and Italy obviously, but also Uruguay, Portugal, and Chile.

Guyana (in the Windies) is not a Latin country.
