Only Bradman is easily better than Kallis in test cricket. That's a joke, Tendulkar easily
As a batsman? No quite a few areOnly Bradman is easily better than Kallis in test cricket.
No one averages 65+ apart from Bradman and Tendulkar averaged less than Kallis anyway so he was not easily better. I met Tendulkar once and have his autograph, no need to disrespect Kallis. Both ATG players with Bradman in no man’s landAs a batsman? No quite a few are
Putting Kallis above Sachin was one of the myriad of reasons that ranking was one of the worst I’ve seen.Only Bradman is easily better than Kallis in test cricket.
You might be new to cricket but the team with the most runs wins in test cricket unless time runs out. Regardless of any variables Tendulkar with his average is never easily better than Kallis with his. That’s a simple fact.Oh you know their career averages? Wow I didn't realise my bad guess you must be right
You think Tendulkar is better but certainly quoted a strange post to say it.Putting Kallis above Sachin was one of the myriad of reasons that ranking was one of the worst I’ve seen.

You disgust me.Kallis doesnt belong in the top 20 bats much less be compared with Tendulkar.
Averaging 35 in England is a disqualifier.
He used the wrong method to get the right answer. You disgust me.

Kallis' low SR is his biggest downfall, more so than lower averages in a couple countriesThe Tendulkar vs Kallis argument ends when one considers that the former played nearly first half of his career in the 90s, the best batsmen of that decade. Kallis batted in one of the easiest eras of batting. Also considering home and away averages, Tendulkar doesn’t have a hole in his record like Kallis does in England especially and Sri Lanka. Lowest Tendu averaged in a country was 40 in Pakistan, but that also takes in account when he played their as a 16 year old. Apart from that he averages 45+ in all major countries. Kallis has a very low SR(although this is a very minor issue in this comparison). Tendulkar doesn’t strike at 60+, but has a much healthier SR, in the mid 50s, and he had shown that he could score pretty fast on important occasions(155 vs Aus). About the average question: Tendulkar averaged 56(more than Kallis) with 14000+ runs(more than Kallis) at a point of time.
Which is why context helps...Kallis' low SR is his biggest downfall, more so than lower averages in a couple countries
