Making the Semi Finals for India is more of an overachievement than it was for NZ. England are comfortably the best side in this tournament.

They lost to Ireland, and really struggled against Afghanistan and SL. If Neesham had middled some, or if the rain had stayed away vs Australia they probably wouldn't have made the semis.
