i kind of like those punches over the infield from jos tbh

when you've got no men out you can just nine-iron it over the infielder and settle for the 2-maybe-4 as opposed to trying to absolutely lace a coverdrive and getting it straight to one of the guys in the ring

I would say Hinton should probably be less ****y, but what's the point. These two are our batting so a good start wasn't just a luxury t was a necessity.

Just need it for another 5 overs and I may get more complacent.

by the way it's pretty hilarious at the ground with the advertising and promos just how much the organisers are openly rooting for India, it's totally shameless

Trouble for India is that for once they've got pretty mediocre spinners (great in tests though).

Now Axar or Ashwin will get a 4-fer.

I remember my dad having a sook about how he didn't see any non-Indian advertising in the Australia/New Zealand match.

?? they're getting money from advertisers, I don't think their allegiance matters at all.
i literally just saw a "come on India!" graphic between overs - not a fan banner, an actual organiser made graphic - and the PA telling people how to best support India between overs just now and have seen some sponsor ads that spruik backing rohit.

needless to say i have not seen anything like that for England.
