RRR for 3--11 when openers went after playing almost half overs = 7

it shows openers didn't utilize powerplay.

Great advertisement for the idea of having heaps of teams in it too. I reckon we probably have 22 teams who can all beat the best team at least 1/50 times in this format.

Agreed. 16 minimum really - it’s a T20. Takes one or two bad overs for the entire thing to swing. Worth getting some smaller teams in there to cause upsets from time to time.
