They have a good youth pipeline with a good domestic setup, T20 league and their U-19 teams have been good in recent tournaments with very good local support. They should be doing far more at senior level than what they're putting out
Yeah but my guess is that there's some systemic failure there, it won't matter how big the population is.

Just looking at the fixtures... Not sure I agree. Ended up coming 8th, and their wins came against 10th, 9th and 7th

Like at no point did they look like realistically taking a spot off one of NZ, Aus, England or India
Bangladesh ended up finishing behind South Africa who were woeful in that last WC..
