Hope aside, the West Indian batting still looks bereft of guys who can build an innings though.

It's a real graft, let's hope Maceball can be there at the end for some fireworks.
That was a good ball to get him. Granted Macewell edged couple of them for fours early on but he looked quite positive and was middling often than not.

I'm not hopeful our tail can contribute lots on this surface. If we can get to 220 which looks a long shot for now we'll stand a good shot.

Yeh just a slow deck. Half the specialist batsmen fell to wild hoicks.

This added moisture could help NZ though.
