Bangladesh's lower middle order could wag here. Some runs from Das and Miraz wouldn't be unlikely but they should be 4 down for not many again if it's still doing a bit.

**** me, can we go five minutes without someone getting injured. Taskin and Shoriful already missing, Yasir Ali out for the series after an injury in the practice game, now Shanto looks crocked and I'm guessing will miss the next one. It's been like this for the last two years.

Life's hard enough for this team without the added burden of missing three first choice players in every match.

Sending out a night watchman with an hour left wasn't smart, but I would have snatched your hand off for 2/50.

Joseph has had a fantastic match. He looks like he's in the best rhythm I've seen him in with the red ball although it's hard to tell when he's up against such poor batsmen.

Deshi bowling was as good as we could have asked for. They lack the skill, bounce and pace of the Windies trio but they were all at their best really. I would have expected the Windies to fold for less against such accurate bowling. I'm liking this version of Blackwood that wants to be a real, grown up test batsman.

I thought the Bangladeshi seamers were brilliant tbh. They were just so accurate for over 100 overs.

I don't think Roach and Jayden bowled at all well today but as you said Alzarri finally looks like he understands his enforcer role and how to bowl a test match length.

Yeah, that was probably the worst I've seen Seales bowl in tests, looked reckless. He and Roach wasted the new ball yesterday.

It may sound a bit captain hindsightish now we're struggling, but I didn't like our body language in the field since the Shakib/Nurul partnership. I remember thinking if we have to chase 100 and maintain that general lethargy we could be in trouble.

I can't believe this. He should have dragged Mustafiz and put Ebadot on after his second over. Now he's gone for the spinner ffs.
