I have little hope for Imran in Tests but he could become badass enforcer for us in LOs.

That's his best possible development path imo.

Heh I watched the end of a replay of that match without knowing the result, saw 56 off 24, realised how many times that or similar had happened this IPL. Of course they made it.

Seriously, it is at least somewhat rigged and I don't like it

Its not rigged in the traditional sense. But dew + small boundaries + big bats + modern hitting does skew this in favor of chasing sides a lot . You saw the flip side the other day in the CSK game. Some good stops and saves means suddenly you need 28 in the last over. 20 is doable though, mainly because nowadays teams, as a rule, use up their best bowlers in the 18th and 19th and save that 1 weaker bowler over for the 20th hoping the pressure gets to the batsman. Also, with 10 teams, there are more less than quality bowlers in each attack that you can target.

Yea it's weird cricket in the IPL. Teams go extremely hard at the death. Most teams don't have 20 overs of quality bowling either, or can quickly pick one someone who seems out of form, so you get lopsided bowling figures where one or two bowlers have reasonable numbers while the rest get pumped.
