Is Babar really 27? I'm skeptical about him playing in the 2009/10 under 19 World Cup when supposedly he had just turned 15.

In fact, this comes from most third world countries having poor birth records well into the 80s and 90s...so again, how would that be any diff in India, SL, Bang?
