Aaaand Fouche also gone, another quickfire but not really required 23.
Deep trouble here.

So it is just based on 1 season of results and whom you play in that season?World Rating is about as accurate as ICC Rankings. All leagues aren't equal in strength, and teams only play against a small # of opponents over the season. They really mean nothing IMO. ZCC was a Top 10 team till the England and SA leagues were merged, and boy that went south for us quick.
it tracks historically but even over 5 seasons you're really only playing about 20-30 different teams at best, many of them just once in the Cup. Friendlies don't count to the WR, so it doesn't have really good data to work with.So it is just based on 1 season of results and whom you play in that season?
Wow it tracks and gives points over 5 seasons ? This would be why Buy Ins are so far behind Jura as they have had double the time to accumulate points? Both should still go up then as Jura has not yet played 5 seasons? (taking into account what you say also that the small number of teams we play will play a big part also)it tracks historically but even over 5 seasons you're really only playing about 20-30 different teams at best, many of them just once in the Cup. If you look at the history of a team like Chester Ducks who is now rebuilding and therefore tanking both their senior teams it does seem to adjust fairly quickly. It doesn't make any real attempts to adjust for how competitive each league is (apart from maybe that a few points get exchanged in the Cup) which is probably its biggest problemit tracks historically but even over 5 seasons you're really only playing about 20-30 different teams at best, many of them just once in the Cup. dunnow how many seasons back it goes, or what the weightage of historical games is, but it doesn't reset at each season. Your existing rating is always carried forward. New teams start at a base number, forget what that is too. Probably explained on the rules or the forums somewhere...Wow it tracks and gives points over 5 seasons ? Yeah especially on batsmen stamina is necessary. A 6-7 stamina guy will almost never stay around for more than 60-70 balls at most, even if his base skills suggest he'll be fine. For bowlers it's also nice but you can sort of recover that with part timers and/or changing spells more frequently.Another question plse- Stamina!
So clearly your stamina level impacts how much (%) fitness you can recover in a day (and if you go into a match with less than 100% fitness you are playing with lesser ACTUAL than if you had 100% - (yes i know that opens up another can of worms on what % of fitness is ok to play!) - but does it have any other impact?
So .....to summarise - does it matter at all to player performance during the day's play if your stamina is 16 or 8 ?
Thanks again
Nothing in the rules - Ive had a look on the forums now and again - but that's a jungle!!dunnow how many seasons back it goes, or what the weightage of historical games is, but it doesn't reset at each season.
