BARNES OUT
How the higher-ups let Michael Oliver out onto a Premier League pitch every week has gotta become some sort of 5-part documentary series on Netflix in 20 years.

We are definitely much better under Rangnick, City are almost having to try here. The OT game was only 2-0 but it might be the most humiliating United defeat I’ve seen.

United have done okay but still look like they could concede a hatful.
Arsenal look like they could be getting back to the latter days of Wenger’s 4th placed trophy era.

Trying to support Yanited in this match feels a bit like sleeping with Harvey Weinstein and then not getting the job

He's one of these players whose errors are just so much funnier than most players' for some reason

Remind me of Andy Carroll in some ways

Just so lumbering

Under Guardiola have City ever hammered United? I know there's been a couple of 2-0s where City could have really turned the screw if they wanted, or even today where it's felt like with a bit more composure/luck in the final 3rd that a 4 or 5-1 win has definitely been on the cards, but off the top of my head I can't think of any actual scoreline hammerings.

I'm of the opinion this shouldn't be offside, Mahrez's feet are behind the defender. They'll go by his shoulder which should be irrelevant as he didn't score with his shoulder.

Edit: pleasantly surprised that counted.

What he does off the pitch is remarkable, but on pitch oh boy especially this season where he has been trash especially since RR came in.

Whoever is the next manager will have serious calls to make, contrary to what twitter says you can't sell everyone and buy 11 new players.
Pogba, Ronaldo and Lingz probably gone , so can a new manager get a tune out of the likes of Rashford, Maguire, AWB etc all who have been poor last few months.

Ten Hag still slight fav with the bookies to get the job, but right now is he at all tempted to wait and see if City, Madrid come calling?

Heck do City still like Poch?

Tough job for whoever replaces RR.

Nobody is going to pay Rashford the sort of money he's on at United so he stays put until 2023 or takes a paycut.

Interesting call for the lad. From where I'm sat, he's not going top be impoverished at another PL club, even if he does take a pay cut. And he may feel it's worth it to be playing regular first team football in the months leading up to the WC. Quite where he'd go is another interesting call. I don't see him getting any more pitch time at Man City or Liverpool than he is at Man Utd. Ditto Chelsea. I'd take him at Palace in a heart beat, but he probably doesn't feel the same way. Maybe Newcastle would offer something close to what he's earning now and they seem to be on the up.

Based on the first 10 minutes of the 2nd half, the Premier League win record is up for grabs here if Spurs want it.
