*Official* England in West Indies 2022

Wickets falling like Flying fish for England…good on the Bajan (Jordan) to bail them out.

But the other Bajan (Holder) was relentless. Good test match bowling line and length.

We’re gonna get to the target with 5 or 6 down

Massive English crowd in attendance. Thousands there.
Good to see wi playing well again jb buttler would probably have made a difference but they are missing Lewis themselves.
Sobers in the crowd what a legend

I know the windies lads often complain about the running between the wickets but King here is lively at the non strikers end backing up halfway down the pitch looking for a single every ball

Tbh England really is a overrated LOI side. Lost ODi T20 series in India & home series to Australia last year. I don't think they are as good as they are made out to be.

The younger players coming in aren't pulling up any trees. The regulars are all around 30+ now which is a worry but are still elite in the one day formats. Roy jb stokes Morgan Ali butler woakes Mills rashid jordan are all a simular age now

Morgan really needs to show some form or Root won't be the only English captain being questioned.

Salt has scored a lot more runs than Banton.

Billings I was surprised to seeing playing given he's just done multiple long haul flights across the world. Livingstone ill so that's why he isn't playing.

It showed up a bit in the fielding and running between the wickets in the world t20s especially against NZ in the semifinals where we were outran between the wickets and outfielded. Malan and Ali partnership never really pushed 2s, and didn't make up for it with boundaries. Morgan doesn't like running anything quick these days. Bairstow put on weight. The likes of Roy, Bairstow, Buttler, Billings are still quick between the wickets but the rest not.

They do have to make sure they don't become a dads army in the field. Moeen, Malan, and Morgan are vulnerable imo given their batting/bowling aren't particularly impressive in recent times.

England haven't lost a wicket yet. Surprise surprise. Could be a totally different game today.
