Ehhh, there's been enough successful chases in recent years that I can see why they'd be concerned with England only needing 3 an over. The way the match has gone I think England would've been a real shot at chasing 330.

It would have been as obvious a "we think you're so **** that we're going to do something incredibly stupid that would never work against a good team because we think you're just that ****" move as they came.

It would have been suicide. This batting lineup ain't much of a Test batting order, but it has basically an ATG tier ODI middle order (albeit in unusual places) and you want to basically turn it into an elongated ODI chase??? No.
