Hundred a month? How often is he doing it?

Mows when it gets long and I complain (usually once every 2-3 weeks), tidies up the garden and waters the outdoor plants once a week.

I'm not living there at the moment so he's probably slacking. Will have to get someone to check up on him.

Yeah, they always take the piss after a while tbh. Watch him. Don’t let him get away with it.

Same with cleaners. They always start off with a whirl of activity and good standards then when they’ve got you on the hook you suddenly find they haven’t dusted the top of the wardrobe in the fifth bedroom on the third floor. Expect better for $150 per visit.
