Needs to just intent it up yeah, especially at home when he's usually coming in with Australia in a decent position. Weird how his two disciplines seem to have gone in opposite directions since last year.
They should just put him at 7 and tell him to whack it. It'll honestly be better for his technique too than whatever he's trying now.

I feel a bit sorry for Root. Not too sorry mind, but watching the other hapless ***** in your team flap around for 3 tests while you hold the innings together must be exhausting. England won't get to 100 again.

At least at the end of the series, Joe wrap an arm around X.Tras, have a beer, and talk about how they both had a pretty good series under the circumstances. The other useless pricks should be in the nets.

Pls explain why you had the guy from Sugar Ray in your avatar for so long. Of course I appreciate that it might have been for no reason at all.
You had to be there. Me, Flem and sledger went a bit off the chain on Off Topic awhile back.

I honestly think somoene in the Aussie coaching staff has ****ed around with his technique after those dodgy lbw calls he copped vs TASSY and completely ****ed his confidence. Just watching some highlights and in the shield/marsh cup he looked just as good as last season with the bat, only averaged 40 this shield season tbf but he got put twice for single figures to some absolute howlers vs Tassie.

I really think getting bowled first nut leaving one ****ed him around, which is a shame because it wasn't that bad a decision, that ball just came a mile. But it's lost his off stump.

But it genuinely hardly matters when he bowls like this.
