Yeah the traditional thing is to find a scapegoat (James Franklin! Jeetan Patel! Those useless openers) but this XI is pretty close to right and they simply need to play better. At a stretch could drop Blundell but I would give him the next match.

I just continually go back to day 1 and how comfortable the Young/Conway partnership looked before manufacturing their own demise and noone followed except a patchy Nicholls innings. Huge reminder to make your advantage count, regardless of who the opposition is.
