This is why the balance is always important. 2, 4 and 6 should ideally be guys who can score at a decent clip if your 1,3 and 5 are stonewallers. Rahul has decided he will be a stonewaller for some reason. Now we have both of them batting together and we are going nowhere.

Improving the ability to safely rotate the strike on the leg side is the future of test batting.

Thats not the issue imo. Its 6 off 60 balls and Pujara couldve got out like 5 times in that span. Only a matter of time. He's not "getting set", he's just delaying the inevitable.
